While the color swatch this week looks less like pistachio and more like kiwi to me, I have to admit that those pistachio muffins that are so popular at the bakeries do have the electric-green tinge:
See what I mean? Unfortunately none of the commercial recipes had even a whiff of actual pistachio in them. And what a loss, for pistachios would only make things yummier!
So pistachio or not, I love the color!
